Dear Reader,
Has your definition of at what age a person becomes old changed over the years?
Boy, I know mine sure has.
When I was in my twenties I thought guys in their 40's were old.
Then, when I hit my forties my definition of old moved to the 60's.
Once I was north of sixty it became hard to just pretend that I'm a young guy...of course to someone in their eighties I'm still a kid.
My Friend Insisted I was in Denial
Recently a buddy I knew since eighth grade had a birthday celebration where a group of his friends all joined him at a very nice restaurant.
Naturally, everyone there was either in their sixties or seventies.
When the server brought the checks (each couple had their own check) all the men pulled out their glasses to be able to see the check.
One of the wives made a joke about it and my buddy said, "yep, we're all a bunch of old farts."
That didn't sit right with me.
I know I'm getting older but I'm still pretty active.
I go to the gym every day.
My wife and I still have sex regularly.
And I'm still working.
So, I objected to the term "old farts."
My buddy waved his hand in dismissal and stated I'm just in denial.
I Couldn't See the Check with my Glasses
I didn't argue with him anymore.
The truth is that I was feeling embarrassed that I couldn't see my check even with glasses.
I ended up using the camera in my cell phone to zoom in to see what I owed.
And when I did they all had a good laugh at my expense.
I didn't say much but between you and me I was fuming and left swearing I was going to find a way to make my eyes better.
Let Me Introduce Myself
Before I tell you what I discovered that helped me, let me introduce myself.
My name is Larry Berman.
I'm actually the editor of natural health newsletter that publishes regularly regarding studies in antiaging.
I've been doing the job for 14 years and over that time I've published over 3000 articles on research that has led to breakthroughs in the field of antiaging.
Up until now, while I'd noticed some reports coming across my desk regarding breakthroughs in natural support for vision health, I hadn't paid that much attention to them.
But now I was motivated to start researching what could be done to support my aging eyes.
The first thing I did when I got home was start doing some research.
I'm going to share with you what I discovered and I think you're going to find it quite interesting.
"I was scouring through what must have been dozens of studies on vision."
Some of them sounded good as far as long term eye health went. But I was looking for something that could maybe help me and others in the same boat a bit more quickly.
Acclaimed Harvard Researcher Makes
Vision Improvement Discovery with 87%
of Subjects Reporting Vision Improvements
in as Little as 10 Days!
I'm going to admit perhaps just like you when I see a statistic like above that such a high percentage of people saw results…and some so quickly, my first instinct was to be skeptical.
But then I saw that this was a study conducted by a highly regarded scientist at Harvard.
In addition I saw the study results were published in a leading scientific journal.
🎓 Harvard Research
📊 Peer-Reviewed Study
🏆 Leading Scientific Journal
Published research showing remarkable vision improvement results
In a moment I'm going to tell you about the study and how these natural ingredients actually work to help support your vision.
First, I want to share my own personal experience.
I am someone that is in that 87% percent who had some significant vision improvements.
Now let me be clear.
I'm not about to tell you I took two pills and suddenly I didn't need my glasses anymore.
However, I did find that those stupid little prescription labels that have such tiny print were now at least readable.
Even more importantly, I started being able to see a bit better at night and I could make out what was up ahead.
Over $1 Million Dollars
of Happy Customer Sales
The other really important thing I think you'd be interested in knowing is that I'm far from the only person I know of that's also been pleased with the results of this Harvard discovery.
The company I've been affiliated with which has created this groundbreaking vision formula based on the Harvard discovery was simply not able to keep it in supply.
Honestly, these customers are more than satisfied.
They become desperate if they can't get new supplies when they run out.
Once the company had to change the vendor for who answers our phones and the number that they had became temporarily unavailable.
The customers were in a panic finding other ways to reach the company through the website.
Listen, you don't sell over a million dollars worth of a product if people aren't happy with it.
How this Harvard Discovery Works
As people grow older, it's common to notice that fine print becomes harder to read, colors appear less vibrant, and glare from sunlight or headlights feels more intense.
These subtle changes often begin years before any serious eye issues are diagnosed.
One major reason for this gradual decline is the thinning of the macular pigment—the yellow protective layer in the back of the eye that filters harmful blue light and supports sharp, detailed vision.
When this pigment fades, the sensitive cells of the retina are left more exposed to oxidative stress and light damage.
Over time, that can lead to slower adaptation to darkness, reduced contrast sensitivity, and an overall loss of visual clarity that can make everyday activities—like driving at night or reading small print—more difficult.
The High Definition Part of Your Vision
The macula is a small spot near the center of your retina that lets you see the fine details of what's right in front of you—like the words on a page or a friend's face.
It acts like the "high-definition" part of your vision. Inside the macula is a yellow protective layer called the macular pigment.
This pigment works like a built-in pair of sunglasses, filtering out harsh blue light and protecting the delicate cells that help you see clearly.
But as you get older, that pigment naturally starts to thin. When that happens, more light—and more damage—can reach your retina.
Over time, that can make your vision look hazy or washed out, and it can make bright light or glare much harder to handle. Strengthening that protective layer is one of the simplest ways to help your eyes stay clear, sharp, and comfortable as you age.
Older Adults with Thicker Pigment See as Well as Young People
In the study led by Dr. Max Snodderly at Harvard's Schepens Eye Research Institute, older adults that had higher pigment levels in their retinas (similar to younger people) were able to see detail and contrast nearly as well as younger people, while those with thinner pigment showed a clear loss in sensitivity. (1)
So, this energized researchers across the globe because they'd found the "key" to helping older adults maintain vision like when they were younger.
My own heart was racing as I read through the research.
With this dramatic breakthrough Dr. Snoddely uncovered all that was needed now was to find a way to support that macula pigment thickness.
Two Punch Combo Discovery Uncovers How to Preserve Macula Pigment Thickness
An important thing to understand about this macula pigment is that it is almost made up entirely of lutein and zeaxanthin.
The follow up study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition confirmed that when these two carotenoids are taken together, they help preserve the density of this protective pigment over time.
Scientists believe the reason lies in how these compounds work at the molecular level: lutein and zeaxanthin absorb harmful blue light before it reaches delicate retinal cells, and their antioxidant activity neutralizes unstable molecules called free radicals that can damage photoreceptors.
By both filtering damaging light and preventing oxidative stress, these nutrients help keep the macular layer thick, stable, and capable of supporting clear, youthful vision. (2)
With the knowledge of the scientific breakthroughs in hand, it was very clear to me that the formula we needed to create to help older adults restore and maintain their vision would need these two nutrients.
To be able to see detailed images like tiny prescription print on a bottle, the solution would need to first and foremost have a combination in the right quantity of lutein and zeaxanthin.
I met with the research team at our factory in Georgia that we've been doing business with for 14 years and presented them with the research that showed plain as day...
...If we can give people high quality sourced lutein and zeaxanthin, then we are well on our way to helping people support healthy vision.
